Talisman X Bowery Football Club

Bowery Football Club is the first club to emerge from New York City’s historic Bowery neighborhood and is widely known as one of the most competitive, organized, and friendly organizations in NYC. With over a decade of existence, BFC has evolved from a small 7-on-7 pick-up game to a club of more than 50 active members. Past and present members hail from almost every continent and more than 20 countries around the world. BFC continues to grow with each new face it welcomes.

B-F-C - Bowery Football Club. The driving force behind BFC's badge’s design was a desire to be true to and draw inspiration from the sport’s rich tradition and history. The insignia was subject to various interpretations and versions until it landed on a balance of both classic and modern aspects of the game. Tradition is a core belief of
the club, and their badge is a manifestation of that belief.

Having already been familiar with BFC through Instagram, we jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with the club. Working with club member Carlos Franco over the course of several months, we decided upon a black tonal design with "BFC" embroidered across the front of the unstructured brushed cotton cap. We finished the cap with our signature Talisman & Co. pentagon and inner sweatband labeling. Check out the the caps below.
