Minneapolis City in the 2017 U.S. Open Cup

I'm helping to coach Minneapolis City SC this fall as we look to advance in the 2017 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. We have our first match in the Second Qualifying Round coming up on October 22nd against fellow Premier League of America side Oakland County FC. 

Along with John Bisswurm and Cole Erickson, we've been preparing the group for the past month or so, with friendlies against Shattuck-St. Mary's and FC Minneapolis. We have a very exciting group of players, most of whom have local ties and come from a range of clubs and colleges in the area. 

The match against Oakland County FC will be played at 2:30pm CST at the National Sports Center Stadium in Blaine, Minnesota. If you're local, I encourage you come out and see what Minneapolis City SC is all about. We're a friendly bunch with a cute and welcoming supporters group...And you can pick up our Minneapolis City Cap!
