Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Most in-stock items ship within 72 hours of ordering; however, some orders may longer to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered.
You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the pre-tax value of US orders. U.S. orders are shipped USPS. International orders are shipped USPS.
International Orders (Outside of the United States)
For Orders being shipped outside of the United States: All customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Talisman & Co. have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customers should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase or preorder delivery. Returns will be refunded minus shipping. Returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags. Final sale items are NOT eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return conditions are met, then a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment. Most orders will be processed within 30 days of return receipt. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
